Nurture yourself with our relaxing, beginner level yoga sequence focusing on breath, body awareness, and alignment. This is the most stress relieving yoga practice you will ever experience. Ending with a final relaxation, we feel the connection to nature and our surroundings. All equipment is provided, including our very stable board. 30 minute paddle, class is 60 minutes long, and 30 minute return paddle. Ages 12+

SUP YOGA

Let the board be your yoga mat. There is no better way to connect with nature and to truly find yourself in the present moment. Starting with a brief introduction to paddling we will get on the water and paddle to a designated location where we will anchor down and have class. Our SUP yoga class is designed to help increase your core stability, improve your balance and keep you on your board (though you are free to fall in if you please!).
